Manjit Rajain, aged 43, Executive Chairman
Major Manjit Rajain founded the Peregrine Group and through Mancom is the major shareholder of Mortice. Major Manjit Rajain was commissioned in the Indian Army's 11th Armoured Regiment in 1984. During his 7 years of service, Manjit saw active service in Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Following his release from the army, Manjit served in the police force where he attained the position of assistant commissioner stationed in Jammu and Kashmir Using the security experience gained from his career in the military and the police force, Manjit demonstrated his entrepreneurial capability to establish Peregrine which he has developed over the last 13 years to become one of the top 4 security service providers across the sub continent of India. Following the successful establishment of a transport management business to support the fast developing IT/ITeS sector, Manjit seeded further facilities related companies to provide the foundation for Mortice with the vision of creating the platform for Mortice.

Arun Duggal, aged 61, Non-executive Director
Mr. Duggal has been a director of Patni Computer Systems since 2003, he is also on the board of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience with Bank of America, in positions including managing director of Bank of America in India and chief executive officer of Bank of America Asia, heading up the Asian Investment Banking division between 1991 and 1994. He was also regional manager of Japan, Australia and Korea between 1995 and 1998. Recently he was chief financial officer of HCL Technologies Limited and is currently a director of a number of other companies including Blackstone Investment Company Private Limited, Transparency International, Fidelity Fund Management Private Limited, FourS Services and Matrix Laboratories Limited. Mr. Duggal is also a special advisor to General Atlantic and holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Delhi, and a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Dr. Keith Hellawell QPM, aged 65, Non-executive Director
Dr. Keith Hellawell QPM, is a highly renowned expert in the fields of security and facilities management and brings significant professional experience and academic credentials with him. As a highly decorated police officer, Dr. Hellawell has served as Chief Constable for the West Yorkshire Police and Cleveland Police; and has advised senior government bodies and officials, including the Home Secretary and Prime Minister of the UK, the European Union, former Soviet Bloc countries, Los Angeles Police Department, Government of Cyprus and the FBI on diverse issues relating to combating crime. In his professional capacity, Dr. Hellawell has served as a Director of Homework, a UK-based corporation involved in manufacturing and installing security alarms. He has, and continues, to lend his professional advice to several leading corporations as a Non-Executive Director - significantly, in the context of Mortice plc, to Dalkia plc, a leading Facilities Management services provider. Dr. Hellawell holds an LLB. from London University and gained his MSc. From Cranfield University. He has also been awarded Honorary Doctorates from the Leeds/Bradford and Huddersfield Universities. He has won several professional awards including "Communicator of the Year" (voted by PR industry), Top 50 most powerful men in Britain in a national newspaper survey and "Businessman of the Year" for the Yorkshire and Humber Region.

Shanker Iyer, aged 58, Non-executive Director
Shanker Iyer qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1973. A partner of the major UK accounting firm of Moores Rowland for over 10 years, Shanker has been practising as an accountant in Singapore since 1984. He founded Shanker Iyer & Co, Certified Public Accountants, in 1993.Shanker has extensive experience in advising privately held businesses and high net worth individuals on a wide range of international tax and trust matters. He has contributed many articles to business and financial publications and is a regular speaker at conferences and courses held in Singapore and around the world. Shanker Iyer's professional activities include membership of the Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore. He is the Chairman of the Tax Committee of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the International Fiscal Association, Singapore Branch.Shanker is active in the Singapore business community. He is a Deputy Chairman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce, immediate past President of the European Chamber of Commerce and a past President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Vaibhav Dayal- Group Chief Executive Officer of Tenon
As Group CEO of Tenon, Vaibhav Dayal leads all businesses of Tenon group including Tenon's FM business, Peregrine Guarding, Rotopower Projects and Tenon Project Services. Mr. Dayal is an accomplished business manager with breadth of experience in diverse service sectors including Facilities Management, IT / BPO and Engineering. Immediately prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Dayal was the Chief Executive Officer of Rotopower Projects, a leading Indian facilities services corporation acquired by Tenon in June 2009. Mr. Dayal has over 18 years of experience across the globe in strategic planning, business development, service delivery management and customer relationship management. He was instrumental in previous assignments in implementing and managing large services focused projects; including service delivery of more than 50 customer processes from India for a customer base spread across Europe and USA. Mr. Dayal has also worked for WNS, a leading Indian BPO as Vice President of their Europe sales operations; for one of India's premier business houses as the head of the strategy practice for their engineering, procurement and construction business; and as Senior Vice President of Kale Consultants, a leading IT solutions provider for the travel & transportation industry. Mr. Dayal also co-founded Cognosys Software, a successful VC backed IT solutions company which was subsequently acquired by a leading Indian IT corporation. Mr. Dayal is an Electrical Engineer from IT-BHU by training who is also an alumnus (PGPX) of Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad), a prestigious business school.

Srinivasan Krishnaswamy- Chief Financial Officer of Tenon
Mr. Krishnaswamy is a certified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 19 years of experience in finance and accounting including corporate finance and accounting systems and management control systems across a number of sectors. Mr. Krishnaswamy also has experience in risk management, business process improvements and implementing systems leading to substantial cost control. Mr. Krishnaswamy joins Tenon from TNS India, where he was Executive Director (Finance) and a member of their Executive Board. Mr. Krishnaswamy had also held senior management positions with Agfa Photo (India), Intertoll ICS CEcons (India) and with Frederic R. Harris (India). Mr. Krishnaswamy has experience of supporting his previous organizations in various geographies including the US, UK, UAE and Australia.

Amardeep Mantaj Singh - Non-executive Director of Tenon
Mrs Singh has been in business for over 20 years, having varied interests in retail, real estate, hotel and export. Mrs Singh is the owner of one of the largest export houses in India; Sunderkraft which has been awarded as Best Export House by the government of India for 20 consecutive years. Mrs Singh has also been awarded "Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur" from Canara Bank on its golden jubilee and is also a designer of international repute.

Yogeshwar Singh Nakai - Non-executive Director of Tenon
Mr. Nakai has had a career of 34 years in the Indian police with exposure in Indian Railways as superintendent of police and in India's CID as Additional DIG CID crime branch. Mr. Nakai joined the police in 1958 in Punjab and later on served in seven districts as superintendent of police. Mr. Nakai was the commandant in the armoured police at Punjab border and Srinagar and was also deputy inspector general of police for Haryana police prior to his retirement in 1992 as inspector general of police. Mr. Nakai will provide advice in relation to the Group's security services.

Brig. Rajan Oberoi, PPMG, VSM- Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding
As Managing Director of Peregrine Guarding, Brig. Oberoi is responsible for leading business operations and ensuring that the company continually enhances its competitive advantage through the quality of its services, caliber of manpower, training and standardization, and customer service enhancement initiatives. Brig. Oberoi is an accomplished security professional with over 34 years of experience in security related functions. While with the Indian Army, Brig. Oberoi was tasked with the responsibility to raise the first combat elements of the National Security Guards - The "Black Cats", and subsequently went on to head this elite counter terrorist outfit as their "Force Commander". He has also commanded an Infantry Brigade. Brig. Oberoi's distinguished services in diverse fields, including counter-terrorism, has earned him accolades while in service, including the prestigious President's Police Medal for Gallantry(PPMG) and a Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM). Post his stint with the Indian Army, Brig. Oberoi has worked for an Indian manufacturing and export firm as the Senior Vice President of their Corporate Affairs department.

Sonal Tiwari - Chief Financial Officer of Peregrine Guarding
Mr. Tiwari heads the finance and accounting department at Peregrine Guarding with responsibility for all financial aspects of operations. Mr. Tiwari has over 12 years of experience in diverse areas of finance. A qualified chartered accountant, Mr. Tiwari has held managerial positions in finance and accounting with leading Indian corporations, notably Jai Drinks, one of PepsiCo's largest franchisees in India; and a subsidiary of Indian Express, a leading Indian business house. Mr. Tiwari has experience across the spectrum of finance and accounting disciplines, including budgeting, financial analysis, balance sheet finalizations, taxation related issues, accounting practice, funding and audits, amongst others.
